In the casino, we found many machines that would not take our $20 bills or the tickets printed out from other machines. The room was adequate, although still decorated in the Magic theme and worn - certainly not worth the price paid, though. The first impression upon entering the lobby of the casino on a Friday night (seafood buffet) was the fighting of the overpowering odors of the seafood buffet and the Mexican restaurant also at the front of the place. I have stayed here before and had a great experience and am very disappointed with my stay this time. Went to the front desk to check out and waited about 15 minutes for someone who said he was the manager who said he was sorry and would email corporate. Refusing to clean and stay in a dirty room, I chose to leave. At a little after 1 two janitors showed up with linens and trash bags saying I had to change them as they couldn't come into the room. Offered to change rooms but decided I didn't want to move my things and wait for housekeeping. I went to the front desk at about 11:30 pm and the guy offered clean sheets and blankets which I would have to change myself but after 10 minutes he couldn't find them and said housekeeping would be there at midnight and would change them. Recording said they were busy and my call would be answered in the order it was received. Called the front desk, sat on hold for 10+ minutes. Upon arriving in room I discovered the bed sheets disgustingly dirty (had poop stains).
